1. Who we are, who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You warrant that the information you give us is accurate.
2. What you get
- Access to the 21-day video program and bonus downloads.
- Access to the member app (dashboard, tracker, recipe vault).
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not share your login, resell the content, copy more than short quotes, or use any of our content to train AI models.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Paid access is activated only after a hosted payment provider confirms the purchase. The current checkout screen collects account/contact details only; card numbers, CVC codes, and card expiration dates must be entered with the payment provider, not directly in this app.
5. 7-Day refund guarantee

6. Medical disclaimer
Slim Signal is an educational program. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 7. Results disclaimer
Testimonials and example stories are individual experiences and are not typical. We make no guarantee of specific results. Weight loss depends on many factors, including but not limited to your starting point, adherence, lifestyle, medications, genetics, and medical history.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your login or resell access.
- Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale.
- Impersonate Slim Signal or any of its staff.
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation, without refund for egregious violations (e.g., reselling the course).
9. Intellectual property
Slim Signal, The 3-Hormone Reset and all content, video, audio, written material, and design are the property of Slim Signal or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
10. Third-party trademarks
Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly respectively. Slim Signal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slim Signal's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Slim Signal harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Service.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
