Slim Signal ("Slim Signal", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use slimsignal.shop and the Slim Signal program, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the program:
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), avatar preference.
- Order data: purchase history and payment provider references after a processor is connected. This app does not collect card numbers, CVC codes, or card expiration dates directly.
- Quiz answers: your self-reported goals, body type, lifestyle answers. Used to personalize your plan.
- Program progress: lessons completed, fasts logged, notes you choose to save.
- Device & usage: IP address, browser, OS, pages viewed, referral source (UTMs). Used to fix bugs and attribute marketing.
- Cookies & pixels: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and TikTok Pixel for conversion tracking. You can opt out below.
2. How we use it
- Deliver the program and your member account.
- Connect purchases, refunds, and access status to your account.
- Send transactional email (order receipt, password reset).
- Send educational email you opted into (you can unsubscribe in one click, any time).
- Improve the product (aggregated, anonymized analytics).
- Meet legal obligations (tax, fraud prevention).
We never sell your data. We never share identified health data with advertisers. We never train any model on your private notes.
3. Sharing with service providers
We share the minimum necessary data with:
- Payment processors for hosted checkout and refunds.
- Vercel - hosting.
- DailySend - transactional email.
- Customer.io - marketing email (opt-in only).
- Meta, Google, TikTok - advertising pixels (aggregated events).
Each provider is contractually required to protect your data and use it only on our behalf.
4. Your rights
- Access - request a copy of everything we hold.
- Correct - fix anything inaccurate.
- Delete - ask us to erase your account and associated data.
- Portability - receive your data in JSON.
- Object / Opt-out - stop marketing emails, opt out of cookies.

5. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know the categories of personal information collected, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, limit use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 6. EU/UK residents (GDPR)
Our legal basis is consent (marketing, analytics cookies) and contract performance (delivering what you bought). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Data retention
We keep your account as long as it exists. If you delete your account, we anonymize it within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records (e.g., purchase receipts - 7 years for tax).
8. Children
Slim Signal is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will email you and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
